Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Customer is responsible for returned shipping cost
Returns will not be accepted with out a receipt, unless it was purchase in person
If items(s) are not returned within the 14 days store credit/gift card is the only refund option
On sale items and gift cards are NON REFUNDABLE.
Taxes and fees are NOT REFUNABLE
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order, unless your item(s) have not been made yet
Bead Policy
For all bracelets and necklaces. If it breaks or stretches out too much, all you have to do is send it back to us. You pay for shipping and a payment of $5 to get it remade. But it has to be all the beads that came with your bracelet or necklace. If not, it will be a dollar per bead that is missing. If you do not send the right payment, any money sent will not be refunded and the item will not be remade.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Any wax products (candles etc.)
Any body products (bath soaks etc.)
Condition of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payments
We keeps your payment information secure. We do not receive your credit card information.
Shipping
Most of the items are ready made so shipping time is 1-2 days

➰If your order is a custom item(s) your order will ship 1-3 days depending on what or how many you ordered.
